Sango and Oya’s love had finally triumphed over the gods’ opposition, but their happiness was short-lived. For as soon as Sango became mortal, the balance of power in the divine realm was disrupted.
The gods, angry at Sango’s defiance, unleashed a storm of divine fury upon the mortal world. Thunderbolts struck the earth, shaking the foundations of mountains and valleys. The winds howled with a ferocity that threatened to level cities and towns.
Oya, with her mortal form, was vulnerable to the storm’s fury. Sango, determined to protect her, summoned all his former divine power to shield her from the worst of the tempest.
But even his mighty efforts could not hold back the storm’s full fury. Oya was struck by a bolt of lightning, and her mortal form crumpled to the ground.
Sango was consumed by grief and rage. He had given up his divinity to be with Oya, and now she was taken from him. With a cry of anguish, he summoned the storm’s full fury upon himself, determined to join Oya in the afterlife.
And so, the storm raged on, with Sango’s mortal form at its center. The gods, realizing too late the consequences of their actions, tried to stop the tempest, but it was too late.
The storm had become a force of nature, unstoppable and unyielding. And Sango, his heart broken and his love lost, was consumed by its fury, his mortal form disappearing into the darkness.
The storm finally passed, leaving behind a world forever changed. The gods, realizing their mistake, vowed to never again interfere in the affairs of mortals. And Oya’s spirit, freed from her mortal form, was reunited with Sango’s in the afterlife, their love shining bright like a star in the divine realm.
