The Chairman of Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA, Hon Rasaq Ajala, has congratulated the country’s President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on his victory at the last presidential election.
The council boss, who could not conceal his excitement after Wednesday’s announcement by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), reposed confidence in the administration of Bola Tinubu, assuring Nigerians of quality leadership.
“Today, history was made as my leader and mentor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was declared the winner of the 2023 Presidential election,” the council boss said.
It added, “It has been a difficult journey but you remain resolute and committed to the ideal of democracy.
‘You fought every obstacle, you showed the stuff you were made of in achieving this feat.”
While assuring Nigerians of quality service delivery, HRA stated, “I am feeling proud of you, and I know that you will make us proud with exemplary leadership you left behind in Lagos State with your great and unsurpassed foundation you have laid for a new Lagos.
“It has just been proven that people love you across the country, even though some moles failed us in Lagos, your home base.
“We have full belief and confidence in you and we know you will do wonderfully well as the president of the most populous black nation on earth.
“It has been a tough one for us, but we eventually triumph by God’s grace.
“We are resolute to continue to make you proud at the grass-roots.”
“On behalf of my family, the executive, legislative arm, management, staff and the good people of Odiolowo-Ojuwoye LCDA, I say congratulations,” he concluded.
