The Lagos State All Progressive Congress (APC) campaign Director General, Hon Rasaq Ajala, has hosted community leaders in Odi-Olowo/ Ojuwoye LCDA.
According to the DG, the meeting, which was held on Friday February 17, 2023, was aimed at encouraging the people of Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA to vote for the House of Rep candidate, Hon Adeyemi Alli, and the candidate for the state House of Assembly, Hon Nureni Akinsanya popularly known as OSMAK, as well as other APC candidates in the state.
The community leaders at the meeting comprised market women and men, artisans, traditional leaders and members of the Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).
“As the campaigns for the forthcoming general elections continue, it is our responsibility to mobilize support for our great party, The All Progressive Congress APC,” DG Ajala said.
The DG together with the Chairman of the party campaign committee, Hon. Rafeeu Aderomila, met with the community leaders and assured them of continued quality service delivery by the government.
The meeting with the CAN was held at CCC Eyinju Oluwa Parish in Damengoro Street, Mushin.
The meeting also sensitized the leaders to the current situation of the nation.
It discussed the reason why everyone must vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other APC candidates in the forthcoming general elections on February 25 and March 11, 2023.
It was stated that the current situation in the country, did not permit an elaborate gathering for the electioneering.
It was a low-key meeting in order to express solidarity with the good people of this great country.
