Hon. Rasaq Olusola Ajala, Chairman of Odiolowo-Ojuwoye LCDA, took center stage at the joint Justice Forum meeting in Mushin, delivering a powerful message on fairness, unity, and political evolution.
The event, held on Aromire Street, witnessed a massive turnout of Justice Forum members from Mushin and Odiolowo.
Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, Hon. Ajala emphasized the importance of equity in candidate selection, cautioning against favouritism.
He declared, “The group must ensure equity in choosing aspirants. There should not be favouritism for older members over new ones who are aspiring.”
He also noted the changing dynamics of politics, urging the group to adapt to modern political realities.
Highlighting the need for a balanced approach to political ambition, he warned, “It’s healthy to aspire for a position, but to do it in a do-or-die manner is what should be done away with.”
Ajala’s remarks resonated with the attendees, who applauded his call for a fair and transparent process.
His stance aimed to reiterate his commitment to maintaining unity within the Justice Forum and ensuring the group remains a formidable force in Lagos State All Progressives Congress (APC).
Other key leaders, including Hon. Taofeek Adeyemi Alli and Hon. Oluwatoyin Moses Fayinka, supported Ajala’s message, urging members to continue mobilizing and strengthening the group’s reach.
