At the Young Managers Summit organized by the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) at the University of Lagos on November 13, 2024, the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State Chapter, Engr Ibrahim Adigun, delivered an insightful speech on the theme “Diversity, Inclusivity, and Equity in the Workplace: What Matters to Young Professionals.”
