President Bola Tinubu has appointed Prof. Abdullahi Yusuf Ribadu as the new Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC).
Prof. Ribadu, a visiting professor at the NUC, is a renowned expert in veterinary reproduction. He has previously served as Vice-Chancellor at both the Federal University of Technology, Yola, and Sule Lamido University, Jigawa State.
The president expressed confidence that Prof. Ribadu’s wealth of experience and academic background would contribute significantly to advancing the goals of the NUC and enhancing the quality of higher education in Nigeria.
