In a significant step towards bolstering youth development in Lagos State, Engr. Ibraheem Adigun, Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Lagos Chapter, led a delegation of executives on a courtesy visit to Comrade Saheed Tijani, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor of Lagos State on Wealth Creation and Employment, on October 28, 2024.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by Damilola Kushimo, SA to the Chairman on Media & Publicity.

Adigun emphasized the importance of recognizing leaders like Comrade Seedorf, stating, “His contributions have been instrumental in shaping a brighter future for our youth.”
During the meeting, the NYCN Lagos executives explored collaborative opportunities with Tijani’s ministry, focusing on innovative strategies to reduce the youth’s over-reliance on traditional white-collar jobs.
Adigun noted, “We must seek alternative means of wealth creation that empower our youth and harness their potential.”
As discussions unfolded, both parties expressed optimism about the potential partnerships that could emerge from this meeting, aiming to create sustainable opportunities for young people across Lagos State.
