Kofoworola Sukurat Olabisi, a brilliant Muslim graduate, has earned a first-class honours degree in Mathematics with an impressive CGPA of 4.53 from Ladoke Akintola University in Nigeria.
Her academic excellence has not only set her apart but has also opened doors to immense opportunities, as she has been awarded four scholarships from universities around the globe to pursue her master’s degree.
Demonstrating her ambition, Sukurat applied to 11 universities and successfully gained admission into four.
She received acceptance from notable institutions, including Western Kentucky University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology in the United States, the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) in Rwanda, and the Interdisciplinary Mathematics program at the University of L’Aquila in Italy.
Among the offers she received, Sukurat made the decision to attend Western Kentucky University, where she has been granted an impressive 80% Graduate Assistantship, covering both teaching and research responsibilities during her studies.
