The Director General of the Lagos State Sports Commission, Hon. Lekan Fatodu, has impacted the lives of over 200 residents from Odi-Olowo / Mushin Local Government Area (LGA).
The economic palliative initiative, which took place yesterday, aimed to alleviate the financial burdens on families, the elderly, and vulnerable groups within the community.
The selected beneficiaries, representing a diverse cross-section of the community, were given the opportunity to shop for groceries and essential goods for free at Spar Supermarket.
This initiative ensured that their household needs were met, bringing much-needed relief during these challenging times.
Speaking about the initiative, Hon. Lekan Fatodu said, “This is part of our continuous effort to support and uplift the members of our community. We understand the economic challenges many are facing, and our goal is to ensure that no one is left behind.”
The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude, with many highlighting the positive impact of the initiative on their daily lives.
