The Director-General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Professor Mojisola Adeyeye, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Cuban Ambassador to Nigeria, Her Excellency Miriam Morales Palmero.
The ceremonial signing took place at the Cuban embassy in Abuja, marking a pivotal moment in the collaboration between the two nations.
The MoU aims to facilitate and streamline trade relations, specifically targeting the pharmaceutical sector, which is a critical area of interest for both Nigeria and Cuba.
By fostering closer ties, the agreement is expected to pave the way for increased exchange of pharmaceutical goods, technology, and expertise.
This collaboration will not only benefit the pharmaceutical industries in both countries but also contribute to the overall health and well-being of their populations.
