Allen Sowore, the younger brother of renowned human rights activist and African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore, has unveiled his latest literary work. Titled “The Journey: Long Road to Stardom – The Political Trajectory of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa,” the book chronicles the life and achievements of Ondo State’s incumbent Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
The launch, which was graced by Governor Aiyedatiwa himself along with numerous political associates from the All Progressives Congress (APC), highlighted the governor’s pivotal cooperation in bringing this project to fruition.
Sowore expressed profound gratitude to Governor Aiyedatiwa for his unwavering support and willingness to compromise official protocols to assist in the book’s creation.
“Writing a book about a sitting Governor would have been extremely challenging, if not impossible, without His Excellency’s full cooperation. On many occasions, the Governor even compromised his official protocol to assist me,” Sowore wrote, acknowledging the governor’s significant contributions.
He is currently serving as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Governor Aiyedatiwa on Strategic Communication.
