Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has inaugurated the twin housing project in the Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA).
The project, comprising 170 units under the names Raymond Estate and Sterling Heights, was delivered by the council chairman, Hon. Dele Oshinowo, marking a pivotal move to enhance the living standards in the community.
Raymond Estate showcases a diverse array of residential options, featuring 32 three-bedroom apartments, 16 four-bedroom apartments, and 16 two-bedroom apartments, catering to various family needs.
Complementing this development, the Sterling Heights project comprises eight blocks of 64 flats, 32 terraces, and 10 semi-detached apartments, further expanding the housing availability in the area.
Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized the transformative benefits of such projects, stating, “The benefits of projects like this are enormous and transformative.
