The Coordinator of The Mandate Movement (TMM) in Igbogbo Bayeku LCDA, Mr. Oluyemisi Odusoga, has commiserated with the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon Mudasiru Obasa, over the loss of his father.
“On behalf of all TMM members in Igbogbo Bayeku LCDA, we extend our deepest condolences to Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa and the entire Obasa family. May Almighty Allah grant him Alijanat fidaus, Allahumo Amin,” Odusoga wrote in a statement.
This statement, e-signed by Odusoga, reflects the collective grief and solidarity of the TMM and the wider community in this time of mourning.
“With deep sorrow and total submission to the Will of Allah, we announce the passing of Alhaji Sulaiman Obasa, the esteemed father of the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa,” he added.
Alhaji Obasa, a respected community leader, departed from this world earlier this morning.
His funeral is scheduled for 4 PM today, adhering strictly to Islamic rites. The community mourns this significant loss and extends heartfelt condolences to the Speaker and the entire Obasa family.
“May Allah be pleased with his return and comfort the family he left behind,” TMM prayed.
