In a strategic move aimed at fortifying the nation’s security and enhancing service delivery, President Bola Tinubu has given the nod to the appointment of Deputy Comptroller-General (DCG) Kemi Nanna Nandap as the new Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), effective March 1, 2024.
President Tinubu’s decision comes as the current Comptroller-General, Mrs. Caroline Wura-Ola Adepoju, concludes her term on February 29, 2024.
DCG Nandap, who previously served as the head of the Migration Directorate, is expected to bring her wealth of experience to steer the NIS towards a new era of efficiency and security.
Prior to her elevation to the top position, DCG Nandap played a pivotal role in shaping the Migration Directorate, showcasing her dedication and expertise.
