A Nigerian Christian female preacher has lauded the modest attire of Muslim women while sternly denouncing the prevalent trend of immodesty among female churchgoers.
Drawing on her extensive experiences in various Muslim countries, including Egypt and the UAE, she underscored the admirable commitment of Muslim women to modesty through the wearing of hijab or jilbab.
Emphasizing the divine purpose behind the hijab, she remarked that it serves as a shield protecting a woman’s beauty.
Reflecting on her observations in Arab countries, she praised Muslim women for embracing modest dressing as an integral part of their worship to Allah, even amid modern education.
She expressed, “The hijab is crafted with the intention of safeguarding a woman’s beauty, a sentiment I observed consistently during my visits to various Arab countries, including Egypt (Cairo) and the UAE (Dubai).

“Despite their educational achievements, Muslim women conscientiously choose to attire themselves modestly, embracing the hijab or jilbab without any sense of shame. This practice is rooted in their devotion to worship Allah.”
In stark contrast, the preacher expressed grave concern over the widespread immoral dressing within Christian congregations.
She specifically called out Christian females who choose to wear revealing outfits, both in public and within the sacred space of the church.
With conviction, she declared that such choices could lead to damnation, boldly stating her personal commitment to dressing modestly to avoid the perils of hellfire.
Drawing from biblical teachings, she asserted that Jesus advocates for modesty without prescribing extreme measures such as gloves and soaks.
Instead, the call is to cover one’s nakedness, a modest requirement that, according to her, many unfortunately neglect, veering towards a perilous path of spiritual degradation.
She stated, “Jesus encourages us to embody modesty in our attire as women, without necessitating the use of gloves or extravagant garments. His guidance revolves around the principle of covering our nakedness. Unfortunately, a significant number deviate from this path, leading towards a perilous journey to perdition.”
Her impassioned plea resonates with a plea for a return to modesty in adherence to Christian values.
