The Commander 35 Artillery Brigade, Brigadier General Mohammed Tajudeen Aminu has disclosed that physical fitness of troops and other members of security agencies is a prerequisite towards a successful military operations for a safe and secured nation.

According to the statement, Brigadier General Aminu stated this when he led members of armed forces and other security agencies on inter-agency 10 Kilometre Route March in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital.
The effort of the exercise was aimed at strengthening the already existing synergy and working relationship between the military, Nigerian Police and the other security agencies to achieve the physical fitness and wellness to be able to effectively combat the prevalent myriad security challenges in the State.
In his words, the Brigade Commander said, “Working together as a group breeds more comradeship and motivates us as security forces to do our best in safeguarding the state and the nation.
“He added that we will try to organise more training sessions and exercises that will be participated by all the security agencies.”
The Route March was attended by troops of 35 Artillery Brigade, 81 Base Ammunition Depot, Nigerian Navy Secondary School, Nigeria Police Force, Department of State Services, Nigeria Immigration Service, Nigerian Correctional Service, Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps, and Nigeria Customs Service as well as Corps members under command.
