The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) is set to begin a significant revenue drive and disconnection of indebted electricity customers in the South-East.
This was stated by the head of corporate communications, Emeka Ezeh.
According to him, starting this weekend, July 29 and 30, and possibly beyond, “EEDC staff will be visiting neighborhoods to disconnect customers who have outstanding energy bills.”
To avoid disconnection, the company urges customers to pay their current and overdue bills promptly, as this will help improve their operations and service delivery.
