Baba Alapini, a veteran actor, was pleasantly surprised when his fans gifted him a car worth N3.7 million.
The generous gesture came from a devoted fan named Lekan Enuope, who presented Baba Alapini with a 2007 Toyota Sienna.
The car was officially handed over to Baba Alapini by Comedian Kamo, who initially initiated a fundraising campaign to support the car gift.
After collecting a total of N3.7 million, Lekan Enuope decided to use the funds to donate a car to Baba Alapini.
Comedian Kamo, who confirmed the heartwarming development, mentioned that the raised amount will be split between Baba Alapini and his colleague, Baba Lalude.
“May God bless you, LEKAN ENUOPE, for blessing Baba with this car. We decided to divide the N3.7 million between Baba Alapini and Baba Lalude.
“We appreciate everyone who supported us. Who should we bless next?” Comedian Kamo expressed on Facebook.
It’s worth noting that Comedian Kamo had previously organized a similar fundraising effort to purchase a car for Baba Lalude.
After Baba Alapini saw the successful outcome of the campaign for Baba Lalude, he reached out to Comedian Kamo for assistance in acquiring a car for himself.
Today, Baba Alapini’s aspirations were also fulfilled, thanks to the kindness and generosity of his fans.
