The Nasrul-Lahi-l-Fatih Society (NASFAT), Lagos Zone One Youth Advisory Council (YAC) has celebrated the exceptional achievements of its members who received noteworthy awards.
During the recently concluded NASFAT Youth Conference held in Ibadan 2023, the esteemed youth members attained four distinguished accolades across various categories.
The momentous occasion took place during the monthly zonal meeting on Saturday June 24, 2023, at Shomolu Bariga, where the award recipients were honoured.
In expressing his appreciation, Eng Alabi Mustapha, Chairman of Nasfat Lagos Zone One, commended the members and encouraged them “to strive for greater accomplishments.”
He also expressed his delight while acknowledging the exemplary leadership of Hajj Quaam and his team.
Mustapha noted the commendable performance of the Lagos Zone 1 Nasga team and members, referencing their triumph at the recent events held at Fountain University in Osogbo, where they emerged victorious and secured the overall medals, surpassing other teams in the Nasfat GAMES.
Alhaji Badmus Olayinka, YAC Chairman, and his team took immense pride in presenting the awards to Alhaji Olowu, Zone 1 Coordinator.
They extended their gratitude for his remarkable efforts in elevating the zone to new heights and encouraged all members to emulate his leadership style.
In response, Alhaji Olowu expressed his gratitude towards the YAC chairman and his team.
He also expressed appreciation to all the members of the zone for their unwavering support and pledged to strive for even greater achievements in the future.
The host of the event, Ameer Hajj Dhikrullah Olukoya, shared his enthusiasm, stating, “I am truly ecstatic to have hosted the members of this exceptional team who represented us at the conference.”
Olukoya took the opportunity to sincerely thank the leadership and all members of the zone for their tireless support.
He emphasized that “the current accomplishment is merely the beginning.”
He prayed that Allah will continue to strengthen the members and enable them to attain further accolades, inshallah.
Prominent individuals present at the meeting included Alhaji Olayinka Badmus, Alhaji Akinpelu Sheriff, Alhaji Adelere Abdulwasiu, Alhaji Alaba Ismaeel A., Alhaji Kamil Ipaye, and Imam Alhaji Halliy Atunrase B.
NYW Treasurer, Hajj Alebiosu Sulaimon and Nasfat Ojota_Ogudu Branch PRS Hajj Oyewoga Hassan Babatunde were also in attendance.
