Afeez Agoro Oladimiji, a well-known reality TV star and actor who gained widespread recognition as Nigeria’s tallest man, has sadly passed away.
The Nation has verified that preparations for Agoro’s burial are underway at his residence on Community Road, Akoka.
According to reports, Agoro was urgently taken to the hospital yesterday due to complications he experienced. His most recent Facebook post was on May 28, where he expressed gratitude to God for a successful hip replacement surgery and mentioned the upcoming therapy sessions.
Throughout his recovery, Agoro was under the care of his personal doctor, Dr. Dike.
Prior to his demise, Agoro’s towering height drew attention wherever he went, as he measured an impressive 7 feet 4 inches tall. The residents of the Akoka/Bariga community have begun sharing their condolences for his loss.
The chairman of Akoka CDA, Segun Adesanya, has confirmed Agoro’s passing, expressing sadness over the loss of a promising young man. May his soul rest in peace.
