Nollyhood actress Bukola Awoyemi, known as Arugba, has confirmed her separation from her partner and fellow industry colleague, Damola Olatunji.
On Tuesday, the actress took to her Instagram account to share a screenshot of a letter sent by her legal representatives.
The letter clarified that although they were never married, Bukola and Damola have been blessed with twins, a girl and a boy.
The letter stated, “We, as solicitors to Ms. Bukola Awoyemi, also known as Arugba, hereby inform you on behalf of our client that she and Mr. Damola Olatunji are no longer together. They have decided to part ways amicably and without any animosity. It is important to note that they were never married, but they have two beautiful children (twins).”
The letter further emphasized that both parties have agreed to work together in ensuring the well-being and welfare of their children.
“Our client wishes Mr. Damola Olatunji continued blessings from God,” concluded the letter.
