A Committee of Friends in Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA has presented a branded vehicle to Hon Nureni Akinsanya.
Hon Akinsanya, popularly known as OSMAK, disclosed this today while receiving the gift at his office.
Speaking at the presentation of the gift, the Chairman of the committee, Hon Jimoh, who was accompanied by two other members, Oladele Laviju and Mr Abass, stated that the gesture was aimed at supporting the political ambition of Hon OSMAK.
“As true friends, we have the responsibility to support our own person and ensure the electoral victory is certain,” the chairman said.
He added, “In our little way, we are presenting a branded vehicle for the electioneering of our ever-supportive person who is contesting the post to represent Mushin Constituency 1 in the state House of Assembly.
“This is just the tip of the iceberg. We shall continue to support him in other ways. We rest assured that he will win the election.”
The LAHA candidate under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) was highly excited. He appreciated the gesture and promised to remain loyal to the committee.
“I must appreciate this surprise gift from my true blue friends,” OSMAK said.
He acknowledged that the gesture is indicative of the committee’s commitment to his political ambition.
“I do not doubt that you are ready to support me by all means. You are great, I must confess.
“I shall ever be grateful to you all.I so much appreciate this kind gesture,” he said.
The highlight of today’s meeting was the presentation of the branded vehicle.
