Purple Shores School has won a first prize at the quiz competition organised by Landmark College, Ikorodu.
Other schools: Darvell Schools and Novel Grandeur School won the second and third prizes respectively.
The competition was held on Thursday February 2, 2022, in the school hall.
Not less than twenty-nine schools participated in the competition across Lagos State.
The competition was part of this year’s Fun Day celebration.
The fun-filled event took place on the school premises with lots of exciting activities.
As part of the annual event, an inter-primary school quiz competition was held in the school hall.
Each school presented two representatives. The winner of the first prize received a table refrigerator for the school and two 10-inch phone tablets for the representatives.
The second prize winner received a table refrigerator for the school and two 8-inch phone tablets for the representatives. The third prize winner also received a table refrigerator for the school and two 7-inch phone tablets for the representatives.
After the presentation of prizes, all participants joined in the Fun Day celebration.
The students enjoyed themselves. They played on the bouncy castle, swam in the pool, rode on the train, played snooker and participated in other exciting activities.
