The Amīrah of Lagos City Senior Secondary School, Sabo Yaba Lagos, Adeniyi Haliyat has emerged victorious in the Inter-Schools Quiz competition.
The competition was organized by Education District IV for Secondary Schools.
Tutor-General/Permanent Secretary Education District IV, Mr. Olusegun Osinaike, disclosed this while receiving students of Herbert Macaulay Girls Senior Secondary School, Lagos City Senior Secondary School and Aje Comprehensive Senior High School.
The three schools took part in the Inter-Schools Quiz Competition for Secondary Schools.
Miss. Nwachukwu Praise came 1st representing Herbert Macaulay Girls Senior Secondary School. Lagos City Senior Secondary School was represented by Miss Adeniyi Haliyat who came in 2nd position, and Master Okeyade Augustine representing Aje Comprehensive Senior High, emerged 3rd position.
The contestants were congratulated by Mr Osinaike for the success and encouraged them to keep soaring.
Also, he urged other students in Education District IV to emulate their exemplary hard work and bring more wins to the district.
